These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Artos Bakery Supplies (UK), trading as Webnex, located at 69 St Denys Road, Southampton, SO17 2FN, United Kingdom. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Webnex offers the following services:

• Custom website development and design.
• Secure hosting with guaranteed 99.9% uptime.
• Comprehensive maintenance and 24/7 technical support.

All services are subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe, including:

• Initial Setup Fee: £127, one-time payment for website setup.
• Subscription Plans: Basic (£50/month), Standard (£120/month), Premium (£200/month).

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4. Payments are non-refundable except as provided below.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content for website development.
• Maintaining communication to ensure service delivery.
• Complying with these terms and applicable laws.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, clients may cancel subscriptions within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided services have not been fully rendered. 5. Limitation of Liability

Webnex shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., server outages, force majeure).
• Data loss, provided reasonable security measures are in place.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

6. Termination of Services

Webnex reserves the right to terminate services for:

• Non-payment of fees.
• Violation of these terms.
• Illegal or unethical use of services.

Clients will be notified via email prior to termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
