Webnex provides the following services:

• Website Development: Design and development of responsive websites, including domain setup and SSL certification.
• Hosting: Reliable hosting services for websites subscribed to our Basic, Standard, or Premium plans.
• Maintenance: Ongoing updates, backups, and support as outlined in the chosen subscription plan.
• Tools: Access to tools like the WebPict Pro Image Optimizer for image compression and optimization.

Services are subject to the pricing and features described in the Pricing section of our website.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. You agree to:

• Pay the one-time Initial Setup Fee (£127) for website setup, where applicable.
• Pay recurring subscription fees for hosting and maintenance plans (Basic: £50/month, Standard: £120/month, Premium: £200/month) as selected.
• Authorize automatic billing for subscription plans until cancellation.
• Non-refunded payments for services already rendered, except as required by law.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our services or contacting us.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse our website or services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt functionality.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and tools provided by Webnex, including website templates, code, and the WebPict Pro Image Optimizer, are owned by Webnex or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your personal or business purposes as outlined in your subscription plan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our services or content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

• Fail to make timely payments.
• Engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnex, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
